MediaTek launched the Helio P22 chip back on May 22, 2018, to power exceptional experiences in value-focused smartphones. Built on an efficient 12-nanometer manufacturing process, it crams 8 solid cores into a tiny space.
The Helio P22 features four higher velocity cores clocked at 2.0 GHz and four more power-saving cores at 1.5 GHz. With this clever combination of performance and efficiency ARM Cortex-A53 cores working together, the P22 delivers smooth operation when you need it, along with great battery life during everyday use.
