How to Access O2 Voicemail. Need to check your messages but can’t remember how to access your O2 voicemail? The voicemail access number for O2 mobile customers is 901.
To listen to O2 voicemails, dial 901 from your mobile. You’ll be prompted to enter your voicemail PIN. If you haven’t yet set up a PIN, you can do so when you first call 901.
How To Set or Reset Your O2 Voicemail PIN:
- Text “reset” to 802901 to receive a 5-digit code
- Call 901 and enter the code when prompted
- Choose a new 4-10 digit PIN when asked (cannot use 8705)
O2 Voicemail Costs
O2 voicemail is a free service for Pay Monthly customers. Pay As You Go customers are charged at 3p per minute.
Once logged into your voicemail via the 901 number, you can:
- Press 0 to pause/continue
- Press 4 to rewind 5 seconds
- Press 6 to fast forward 5 seconds
- Press 1 to replay the message
- Press 2 to save, 3 to delete
Pay Monthly customers also have the options to:
- Forward a voicemail (press 7)
- Reply by text (press 9)
If you have O2’s Call Alert service (missed call texts), you cannot also use voicemail.
