Huawei Y8p – Specs, Price And Review

Huawei’s most recent smartphone offering, the Y8p, has been released globally. The device appears to be a rebranded variant of the Huawei Enjoy 10s introduced in China last year. The Huawei Y8p is equipped with a triple rear camera arrangement and a 4,000mAh battery. The new Huawei model is rumoured to be propelled by the Kirin 710F SoC and features a waterdrop-style notch containing a 16-megapixel front-facing camera.

The Huawei Y8p has been listed on the company’s global website, but pricing and availability information has not yet been released. Gadgets 360 discovered it on the company’s Belarus website for BYN 549. (roughly Rs. 17,100). The sale in Belarus is scheduled to commence on May 29. In the near future, pricing and availability in other regions should be announced. It will be accessible in Breathing Crystal and Midnight Black hues.

The Huawei Enjoy 10s was released in China in October for CNY 1,599 (approximately Rs. 16,000) for its lone 6GB RAM + 64GB storage configuration. Huawei notes that there may be a 4GB RAM option in a handful of international markets, and that the internal storage has been increased to 128GB.

Android 10 with EMUI 10.1 on top is utilised by the Huawei Y8p. It has a 6.3-inch OLED display with a resolution of full-HD+ (1080×2400 pixels). Options for 4GB and 6GB of RAM are available alongside the HiSilicon Kirin 710F octa-core SoC. The Huawei Y8p has 128GB of internal storage which can be expanded using a Nano Memory card. There is a 16-megapixel sensor and f/2.0 aperture in the front-facing camera.

On the Y8p, Huawei included a 4,000mAh battery. There are numerous connectivity options, including 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, NFC, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm headphone port. Additionally, a biometric sensor is embedded within the display. In addition to the ambient light sensor, a gravity sensor and compass are also present.
