The Infinix Hot 9 was officially released in March 2020. The smartphone is made of Glass on the front, plastic on the back, and a plastic frame. The gadget is powered by a MediaTek Helio A25 Octa-core processor. The smartphone has a 6.6-inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen and a resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels.

The smartphone has a quad-camera on the back with 13 MP (wide) + 2 MP (macro) + 2 MP (depth) + QVGA (Low light sensor), and a single 8 MP (wide) camera on the front.
