The Realme 7 was officially released on September 10, 2020, to replace Realm 5 and 6. The smartphone has a 6.5-inch display with an IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen. The resolution is 1080 x 2400 pixels, and the screen PPI is 405. The device runs Android 10 + Realme UI.

The smartphone is powered by an Octa-core Mediatek Helio G95 processor. Internal storage is available in 64 GB and 128 GB, with 6 GB and 8 GB RAM. The Realme 7 has four cameras: 64 MP (wide), 8 MP (ultrawide), 2 MP (macro), and 2 MP (depth).

On the front is a single 16 MP (wide) camera with HDR. The smartphone is powered by a non-removable Li-Po 5000 mAh battery + Fast charging 30W, 50% in 26 minutes, and 100% in 65 minutes (advertised).

Fingerprint (side-mounted), accelerometer, gyro, proximity, and compass sensors are included with the device. Bluetooth 5.0, GPS with A-GPS, BDS, and USB Type-C 2.0 with USB On-The-Go are all included in the smartphone. The smartphone is available in Mist Blue and Mist White.
