The Samsung Galaxy M14 5G is the direct successor of the Samsung Galaxy M13. This model features a 6.6-inch display, bringing the PLS LCD at 90Hz with 1080 x 2408 pixels resolution. The battery capacity of this device is a Li-Po 6000 mAh non-removable battery charging 15W wired for the international model and 25W wired for the Indian model.

The Samsung Galaxy M14 5G is powered by Exynos 1330, its processor is clocked at Octa-core 2.4 and 2.0 GHz while the graphics are handled by Mali-G68 MP2. The Google operating system of this smartphone is Android 13 with One UI Core 5.1 interface.
