Tecno Pova 6 Pro 5G NBTC Certified. Tecno is gearing up to unveil several new devices at the upcoming MWC 2024 event later this month, including the Pova 6 Pro 5G smartphone. In the run-up to its debut, the Pova 6 Pro 5G has cleared NBTC certification in Thailand, suggesting it could be one of the initial markets to get the device.
Per the certification, a Tecno smartphone carrying the model number LI9 has been approved, associated with the Pova 6 Pro 5G moniker in previous certifications. Unfortunately, the listing does not reveal any specifications, but we know a few details from earlier certifications.
The Google Play Console outed a FHD+ display, MediaTek’s Dimensity 9000 chipset and 12GB RAM. It is also said to ship with Android 14 out of the box. The FCC certification additionally showed off a dual rear camera layout, rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, and 70W fast charging support.
Based on leaks, a side-facing fingerprint reader and a massive 6,000mAh battery are also expected. The NBTC approval confirms Thailand as one of the first markets for the Tecno Pova 6 Pro 5G’s release after its MWC unveiling.
Specific details regarding the cameras, storage capacity, and other features remain unofficial. But with multiple certifications already cleared, the Pova 6 series is shaping to be another battery-centric smartphone line from Tecno geared toward performance and endurance.
