Huawei Unveils New MatePad Pro 11 2024 Tablet and MateBook Laptop: The Chinese tech giant Huawei has announced an updated version of its premium MatePad Pro 11 tablet, called the Huawei MatePad Pro 11 2024, along with a new MateBook D16 laptop.

The MatePad Pro 11 2024 tablet features:

  • – 11-inch OLED display with 1600 x 2560 resolution
  • – Slim 5.9mm aluminum design with 6 speakers
  • – New Kirin 9000s chipset for improved performance
  • – Dual 13MP + 8MP rear cameras, 16MP front camera
  • – Large 8,300mAh battery with 66W fast charging
  • – HarmonyOS 4 software and M-Pencil stylus support

The tablet comes in four colors with 12GB RAM and 256GB or 512GB storage options. Pricing starts at 4,199 Chinese yuan ($592 USD) making it a high-end slate.

Additionally, Huawei revealed the MateBook D16 2024, a new Windows laptop configurable with 13th Gen Intel Core i9 processors and discrete Nvidia graphics.

The two devices showcase Huawei’s continued efforts on hardware despite its ongoing struggles with U.S. trade restrictions. Both the new MatePad and MateBook lineups will appeal to Huawei’s Chinese customer base, while international availability remains uncertain.
