In their tweet, Honor touted the X9b will be India’s first phone with an ultra bounce display boasting specialized Airbag protection. This system features a three-level design for safeguarding the screen, frame, and internal components from damage.
A micron-sized cushioning material containing countless micro-pores acts as protection, capable of absorbing impact force up to 1.2 times that of drops onto flat surfaces. This Airbag tech should significantly improve the X9b’s resistance to daily wear and accidental drops.
