Infinix Smart 8 HD Release Date and Key Specs Surface

Infinix has a new budget phone coming out that looks pretty impressive. The company just announced the Infinix Smart 8 HD, which will launch on December 8th.

This model serve as a follow up to the recent release Smart 8 model and promises to bring some impressive upgrades. The Smart 8 HD has a sleek, modern design and available in four stylish colors option – Crystal Green, Shiny Gold, Timber Black and Galaxy White. It features a 6.6-inch high-definition screen with a selfie camera cutout and a 90 Hz refresh rate that should make scrolling and swiping feel extra smooth.

Other key features teased ahead of the launch event include a side fingerprint reader for convenient unlocking, USB-C charging, UFS 2.2 storage technology, and a dual rear camera system. Infinix says the phone will delivers a “paradigm shift” in value in the budget category.

The company hasn’t revealed full details on the memory specs, processor power and battery size yet. But if early hints hold true, the Smart 8 HD could bring some premium features to a more affordable price point.
