Lenovo Launches ThinkBook 14 Plus 2024 SE with Latest 12th Gen Intel Processor

Lenovo ThinkBook 14 Plus 2024 SE. Lenovo recently announced the release of the ThinkBook 14+ 2024 Special Edition (SE) in China, aimed at professionals needing a high-performance portable workstation. The laptop stands out with a premium yet minimalist grey metal body design, the latest processing components, including a 12th Gen Intel H-series CPU, and rapid charging support.

Display and Design

The Lenovo ThinkBook 14+ 2024 SE features a stylish exterior with a dual-tone Luna Gray finish. It retains a thin and light profile with dimensions of 15.9mm thick and weighs only 1.5kg for easy mobility.

Users will appreciate the expansive 14.5-inch, 16:10 aspect ratio display touting a sharp 2.5K resolution. The screen also delivers 100% sRGB coverage, TÜV Rheinland Low Blue Light hardware certification, and a fast 90Hz refresh rate for comfortable viewing sessions.

Powerful Processing and Cooling

At the heart of the Lenovo ThinkBook 14+ 2024 SE lies an Intel Core i5-125H processor from Intel’s latest 12th Gen Core H-series. With a 3.0GHz base clock speed and 24MB cache, the chip delivers desktop-caliber performance in a slim laptop form factor.

Supplementing the premium CPU is 16GB of LPDDR5X-6400 memory and 512GB M.2 2280 PCIe Gen 4 solid-state storage. This hardware combination readily handles intensive workflows like video editing, 3D modelling, and software development.

Keeping things cool under pressure is Lenovo’s Smart Power 3.0 thermal system. It effectively dissipates heat from the high-performance hardware during strenuous workloads while keeping fan noise low.

Lenovo ThinkBook 14 Plus 2024 SE Price And Availability

The Lenovo ThinkBook 14+ 2024 SE is currently available for pre-order in China for ¥5,299, around USD 750. Global pricing and availability remain unannounced. However, prospective buyers can anticipate superb productivity from the marriage of an Intel Core i5 Ultra processor and Lenovo engineering.
