Xiaomi Ultra-Thin Power Bank 5000mAh: All You Should Know And Pricing

Xiaomi Ultra-Thin Power Bank. Xiaomi has launched an ultra-slim power bank that measures only 10mm thick, aptly named the Ultra-Thin Power Bank 5000mAh. As the moniker suggests, it packs a 5000mAh battery capacity into a body as thin as a smartphone.

The remarkably skinny portable charger weighs only 93 grams, making it easy to slide into a pocket or bag. Its slim metal chassis is crafted using Non-Conductive Vacuum Metallization (NCVM) technology, giving it a stylish, premium look and feel.

Retailing at CNY 129 (around $20), Xiaomi’s svelte power bank is designed for portability above all else. Its 5000mAh cell can add roughly one full charge to a modern smartphone, though it falls short of a complete top-up for phones with large batteries.

Recharging comes courtesy of a USB-C port, capable of both 18W power input to refuel the power bank, as well as 20W charging output to devices using the included USB-C to C cable.

Safety is ensured through nine layers of protection, guarding against issues like short circuits, over-charging, and temperature irregularities. So, while the Ultra-Thin Power Bank prioritizes slimline design over big capacity, it does so without compromising reliability.

For light, on-the-go power needs, Xiaomi’s latest portable charger presents a compelling option at a budget-friendly price point. Its slim, pocketable chassis houses just enough juice for an emergency phone top-up. And its stylish metallic look enables it to double as a fashion accessory for design-conscious users wanting both form and essential function.

The Ultra-Thin Power Bank 5000mAh is on sale now through Xiaomi’s Chinese online and offline retail channels. Global availability remains unconfirmed, but earlier releases have seen hot sellers like this reach worldwide retail in the past.
