Graphene Heat Sink For iPhone 16 Series: iPhone 15 series was plagued by overheating problems which were acknowledged by the device company_ Apple which blamed lackluster software development in iOS 17. This problem has since been mainly moderated with the release of iOS 17.0.3 but it seems that Cupertino may go for a hardware solution in the next year’s iPhone 16 series.

Apple Is Working On Graphene Heat Sink For iPhone 16 Series

Based on a current rumor, Apple is diligently considering replacing the copper heat sink on the iPhone 15 series with a graphene solution for the iPhone 16. Apple believes that Graphene should be a better option because it has superior thermal conductivity compared to copper and should be a recognizable upgrade on next year’s iPhones.

The graphene heat sink is going to be paired with a new metal bracket housing for the battery to upgrade to better heat transfer and cooling. I would mention that this is still a recent rumor so as usual take it with a pinch of salt.
