Red Magic 9 Pro Global. Nubia has brought its new gaming phone, the Red Magic 9 Pro, to global markets after initially launching it in China last month. This follows our previous coverage of the Red Magic 9 Pro Plus and Red Magic 9 Pro models.
The Android-based Red Magic 9 Pro features a 6.8-inch OLED display with a 120Hz high refresh rate for smooth visuals during gaming. Powering the phone is Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip to enable elite performance.
Several RAM and storage options are available, including a 16GB/512GB high-end configuration. The phone also packs a triple camera system led by a 50MP main sensor, a large 6,500mAh battery with 80W fast charging, and more top-tier specs fitting of a 2023 gaming flagship.
Pricing starts at $649 (€649) for the 12GB/256GB model in Black. A 16GB/512GB White or Transparent version costs $799 (€799). The Red Magic 9 Pro is now available for pre-order globally, with general sales opening on January 3, 2024.
