Sony SRS-XV500 Speaker Specs And Pricing. Sony recently launched the SRS-XV500, a new portable Bluetooth speaker focusing on extended playtime and good audio quality for outdoor entertainment. Here are the key details and pricing information for the Sony SRS-XV500 speaker.

The Sony SRS-XV500 is equipped with X-Balanced Speaker Units that deliver powerful, distortion-free bass, along with two tweeters for vocal clarity. The large built-in battery provides up to 25 hours of continuous music playback on a single charge.

The speaker has an IPX4 water resistance rating, making it splash-proof and suitable for poolside parties. It also supports quick charging – a 10-minute charge can deliver 2.5 hours of playtime.  

For singers and musicians, the SRS-XV500 comes with a karaoke mode complete with echo and key control. It also includes inputs for an additional microphone and guitar.

The speaker can be controlled and customised using Sony’s Fiestable mobile app. Users can choose and sync lighting patterns and effects using the app. It is also compatible with the Sony Music Center app for remote playback control and sound adjustment.

Pricing and Availability

The Sony SRS-XV500 portable Bluetooth speaker is priced at $399.99 in the US and $549.99 in Canada. It is available for purchase directly from Sony’s website, Amazon, BestBuy as well as other authorised Sony retail stores.

The speaker comes in black and light blue colour options. With its extended battery life and audio performance, the SRS-XV500 is ideal for pool parties, barbecues, and outdoor events.
